TruVerify builds trust profiles for businesses using public business information and customer experiences submitted on our platform. A TruScore is an assessment, not a statement of fact, a certification, or professional advice.

Nothing on TruVerify should be treated as a guarantee about a business. Do your own checks before making a decision that matters to you.

Sign-in runs through Puvio, our identity provider, or through a one-time code sent to your mobile number by SMS. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to influence scores, reviews or verification is a breach of these terms.

You may only write about an experience you genuinely had. You may not:

• post paid, incentivised, fabricated or competitor-planted content
• post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful or discloses another person's private data
• use automation to submit, amplify or suppress reviews

We apply automated abuse checks, rate limits and manual moderation. We may hold, hide or remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Businesses may claim their profile and submit documents such as licences and registration certificates. TruVerified is a credential we grant only after a claim and a successful document review. Submitting forged or altered documents is fraud and results in permanent removal of the credential and the account.

Businesses can pay for analytics, monitoring and integrations. They can never pay for a higher TruScore, a better TruMark, or removal of genuine customer content.

TruVerify, TruVerified, TruScore and TruMark are our trademarks. TruVerified businesses may display the badge and sticker we issue, unchanged, while the credential is active. All other use of our marks, scores or badges requires written permission.

API keys are issued per business and must be kept secret. You may not resell, scrape in bulk, or use the API to build a competing trust-scoring product. We may rate-limit or revoke keys that are abused.

TruVerify is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions you make based on a trust profile. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in India having jurisdiction.
